How We Use Your Data

  • Personality Analysis: LinkedIn profile data is sent to our AI service to generate DISC personality assessments and communication recommendations.
  • Account Management: Your email and password are used to authenticate you and manage your account.
  • Service Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us improve our service.
  • Communication: We may use your email to send important service updates (no marketing emails without consent).

Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored on secure AWS servers
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption (bcrypt)
  • All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
  • We do not sell your data to third parties

Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI's API to perform AI-powered personality analysis. Profile data sent for analysis is processed according to OpenAI's privacy policy. We do not share your personal account information with OpenAI.

Chrome Extension

Our Chrome extension requires certain permissions to function:

  • activeTab: To read the current LinkedIn profile you're viewing
  • storage: To store your login session locally
  • tabs: To detect when you're on a LinkedIn profile page

The extension only activates on LinkedIn profile pages and does not track your browsing activity.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and analysis history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
